Sunday: arrival of participants and informal welcome by organizers
Lodging by our b&b and short tour to discover a bit Soverato
9 am: Opening of the week in Soverato
Official welcome by the team, briefing on the program,
Walk to Soverato city center. Socialization walk and focusing on main important points of reference in the city for safe, security and amusement. Food and intercultural activities at local level, visit to local workshops of art and culture
Reaching the training room in the city center

Tuesday and Wednesday will be full day on the specific topic and will structured with theoretical sessions in the morning from 9:30 to 12:30 am and practical workshops and researches to be done working in groups in the afternoons from from 3 to 5:30 pm

The context for action
Thursday is an “action day” - working on the field: teachers will enter in classrooms in schools where JUMP is cooperating and will work with local colleagues developing labs with high schools students. In case of lower secondary school teachers participants is possible to adapt the contact also to pupils with 11-13 years old.
The afternoon will be dedicated to a pre-final evaluation and sharing of practices

One hour will be dedicated to Erasmus Plus from the administrative point of view: invoices, Europass and final certification. Check with participants for the final delivery
Friday will be an outdoor education day and JUMP will organize specific visits in Soverato or in other cities in local schools meeting teachers and school directors.
Friday will be agreed with participants an intercultural activity to discover Calabria region.

Entrepreneurship in Education is about inspiring entrepreneurial potential. People need the mind-set, skills and knowledge to generate creative ideas, and the entrepreneurial initiative to turn those ideas into action. This is the definition of the European Commission given to explain the theoretical framework and the necessary link between the school systems and the European labor market. (Source:
JUMP is an organization which is developing since 2016 a KA2 Erasmus Plus project titled: SO-VET. Social entrepreneurship as alternative for young unemployed and gained experience in the field of "Entrepreneurship education" also called "financial education". Teachers in Europe are working to sustain the Education systems and have the key role to be in different roles: educators, mentors, coach and councelors depending on the students and on the context they live. Developing a business is not something far from what can be done at school, starting from children and going on until the end of the secondary school. Teachers, parents and students have to develop entrepreneurial skills and work together in sinergy acting as "potential entrepreneurs": networking, creating a long term vision, innovating and training minds to use the "divergent thinking".
This training is a pure innovation and is challenging because can be for different kind of learners: "company staff members", coach and educators.
According to our point of views company staff members can be also teachers, school directors but also students and university students but we don't believe that schools are like private companies. This doesn't mean that schools can empower skills and competences of the team member like in the private sector.
Like a small company in a local context, schools are in the center of a potential "business development plan" and this training will foster the growing of those competences useful to improve a situation of poverty and lower development to a better one, also based on links with the labor market and with local business. Potentially, schools can become cooperatives, social companies and small and medium business at local level thanks to a component which is schools is more powerful than what we imagine. What's that? Creativy! JUMP trainings are conduceted by experts in the different fields and can be also tailored made according to partners needs and specific KA1 project's aims.
